Data Deletion

You can remove your Hav Hub account and everything attached to it at any time. Deletion covers: your profile, your dogs and their photos, presence data, walks you organized, RSVPs, contact links, and messages you sent.

How to delete your account and data

1. Sign in at hav-hub.com/app.
2. Open the top-bar menu and choose Sign out — then email the request below, or
3. Email info@hav-hub.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". We complete deletions within 7 days and confirm by reply.

An in-app one-tap deletion is being added; until then the email path above is the guaranteed route.

If you signed in with Facebook

This page also serves as the data-deletion instructions required by Meta. Deleting your Hav Hub account removes all data we obtained through Facebook Login (name, email, profile picture). You can additionally remove Hav Hub from your Facebook account under Settings → Apps and Websites.

Backups

Deleted data leaves the live database immediately and expires from backups within 30 days.
