Welcome to Hav Hub. These terms are written to be read — short, plain, and honest. By using Hav Hub you agree to them.
Hav Hub is a map-first community for dog owners: see dogs nearby, organize and join group walks, and connect with other owners. The service is provided by the operator of hav-hub.com ("we").
You must be 18 or older and legally able to agree to these terms. Hav Hub is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
Hav Hub exists for the well-being of dogs and their owners. Do not:
We may warn, suspend, or remove accounts that break these rules (see the Community guidelines).
You keep ownership of what you post (photos, profiles, walk descriptions). You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display that content as needed to run the service. Don't post content you don't have rights to. If a photo includes people, make sure they're OK with it.
Location features are opt-in. Other users only ever see an approximated position, never your exact one. Meeting points of walks you create or join are visible to other users by design. See the Privacy policy.
Hav Hub connects people who then meet in the real world with real dogs. Use your judgment: meet in public places, keep your dog's limits in mind, and supervise all dog interactions. **We are not responsible for what happens at meetups**, including injuries to people or dogs.
Nothing on Hav Hub is veterinary, nutritional, or behavioral advice. For health concerns, see a veterinarian.
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel; disputes belong to the competent courts of Tel Aviv, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
